Rebecca Holopter is dedicated to telling the stories of nuanced women and underrepresented voices. She has developed a supernatural western told from the female perspective with her two creative partners (weareteamrad.com), co-directed a short that has been in over 30 film festivals, is featured on Out.com and Pride.com and has distribution on Dekkoo, and is currently co-writing a dark comedy about Purgatory…in a run-down mall. As an actor, she gravitates toward the repressed wild spirit, the eccentric charming fuck-up, and the dark untamed antagonist.

Her recent art practice of working with watercolor on canvas has introduced a more colorful aspect to her portraits and incorporated her love of embroidery.
